Lynn M. Clark Lakeside, Montana
Lakeside Law Office opened for business January 2002 in the Village Commons in Lakeside, Montana. Lakeside, a small resort and skiing community on the shores of Flathead Lake in northwest Montana, had been without an attorney for about two years. At the same time, attorney Lynn Clark was looking for a small resort and skiing community close to her home where she could “hang out her shingle.” The Village Commons in Lakeside provided the perfect match. Since day one, our goal has been to provide the “BEST LAW ON THE LAKE.”
Our law firm represents people and businesses from all walks of life. We handle big cases and small cases alike. We represent individuals and businesses, but we do not represent the insurance companies. Our practice areas include:
- Personal Injury
- Civil Litigation
- Real Estate
- Estate Planning
- Family Law
- Employment Law
While our business philosophy is always professional and result oriented, we accomplish our day-to-day work through a relaxed, unassuming work environment. Flathead Lake and Lakeside are not just where we work; it is where we live and it defines who we are. Ms. Clark learned long ago that her clients appreciate the fact that she doesn’t not need to wear fancy Italian suits to be a good lawyer. Don’t be misled by the fact that every Friday is “resort wear” day at our office and stuffy shirts and silk ties do not staff our office on a daily basis. When all is said and done, Ms. Clark and her staff are just as effective and tenacious as the big firms in getting results. We just have the ability to do it without the usual pomp and circumstance demanded by those firms.
We are proud of our extensive legal and practical experience, our attention to detail and our commitment to your success. We speak “plain English” so you can understand what is going on with your case. We practice the strictest personal and professional ethics. Above all, we are passionately committed to the needs of our clients.
